Happy Hollow Neighborhood, West Lafayette, Indiana
The neighborhood developed between about 1953 and 1967 and includes representative examples of Ranch, Mid-Century Modern, and Split-level style architecture. Currently there are about 120 households in the neighborhood.
The original neighborhood encompassed 54 contributing buildings in a predominantly planned residential section of West Lafayette, platted in 1953 and expanded in 1958.
The original platted area was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015. That section of the neighborhood that was recognized as historic can be viewed in this site map. The complete neighborhood is shown in this map.
